Dimension Screens projector screens are made of the best projector screen material available. We work closely with our manufacturer to ensure a great product, and we are now filling a gap in the market: quality projector screens at a very good price point.

SHOPPING CART AND PAYMENT

How does the shopping cart work?

By clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ icon, it will add the item you are currently viewing into your shopping cart. In the top right hand corner of the screen you’ll see the total number of of items in your cart and you can see every­thing that is in your shopping cart at any time, by clicking the ‘View my Cart’ button.

Once you have viewed the cart, you can continue shopping on the site and, when you’ve got all you want, you simply click on billing details and follow the easy steps to purchase the products you have selected.

Security — Is shopping on-line with Dimension Screens secure?

Yes, shopping on-line with Dimension Screens is secure. We use SSL encryption to ensure your credit card infor­mation is secure and cannot be accessed by anyone else except the bank processing staff. SSL encryption is the industry standard method for encrypting confi­dential infor­mation used by hundreds of thousands of businesses worldwide.

What online payment methods do you have?

You can choose to pay with Visa or Mastercard securely using DPS – which is our embeded payment gateway. Alternatively you can choose “Direct Credit” and then pay via your Bank. We will ship your goods once we have received cleared payment via your chosen method.

How do you handle shipping? And where do you ship to?

We ship for FREE to Auckland address on all orders that are over $299. Order under $299 are shipped for a set fee of $8.50 irrespective of how many items you order. We pack and post and ship to New Zealand destinations only.

Can I store a product in My Shopping Cart for the next time l visit ?

Yes, however this has a limited time expiry of two hours. Any items remaining in your cart at the end of your visit will remain there for two hours only.

If I order more than one item, will I be charged extra for delivery?

You will only be charged one delivery fee per order, regardless of the number of items you order. Special rates apply for installation, or delivery to remote areas.

How do I cancel or amend my order?

If for any reason you need to cancel or change your order, please do not email us but instead call us on (09) 630 1210 as soon as possible. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way to you as quickly as possible, so the sooner we hear from you, the better!

What are your store hours?

Our online store is open 24 / 7 / 365 days of the year.   Our physical store is open 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) and the hours are below.

Monday to Friday: 9am – 4.30pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
